About the role
We need a PM to own pricing and packaging end-to-end for our RevOps SaaS. Today we have a single $99/seat plan and ~600 customers; we're seeing increasing demand for usage-based pricing from larger accounts and value-based offers from smaller teams. The PM will diagnose how our current packaging is leaking revenue, design 2-3 packaging options to test, partner with revenue ops on the migration plan, and ship at least one packaging change in their first 90 days. They'll work directly with our head of sales, our finance lead, and one engineer.
What we're looking for
5-8 years of PM experience, ideally with pricing/packaging or monetization work at a B2B SaaS company. Comfortable reading P&L impact, modeling tradeoffs in a spreadsheet, and translating financial constraints into a packaging design. We care about pricing intuition over framework familiarity.
